Backups
Backups of our website files and database are created and stored locally on our server and remotely on 3rd party servers based but no processing of these files takes place there. These backups are stored to provide critical restore functionality for this website. Backups are sent to third-party destination servers, including but not limited to Amazon S3 (Privacy Policy).

WP Mail Logging
When you use this site several actions (e.g. form completion) trigger the dispatch of emails. They contain information about you associated with your email address. Which data are part of these emails depends on the action performed. These emails are stored and accessible to the site management as a log for 3 months. This is stored to help ensure website communications are functioning and assist with troubleshooting problems.
Akismet Anti-Spam
We collect information about visitors who complete our forms that use our Akismet anti-spam service.
